Doctor Who quote

"The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and... bad things. The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant. And we definitely added to his pile of good things."

Day of Delirium #56 - The Family Business

Are you looking for a new Fan Fiction to read? Even if you aren't, you HAVE to read this one. Run, don't walk to add this story and the author, SuzsPetals, to your favorites. You will NOT be sorry.

SuzsPetals is an amazing writer and her story is incredible. She is clever, real, hilarious and awe inspiring. If I could write as well as SuzsPetals I would be able to really put into words what she and her story mean to me. I have already told her that I will be first in line at her book signing no matter what the book is about, her writing is that good.

Please click on the link below to read and also please be certain to leave a review on each chapter. It is now a completed story and while that makes me so sad, it also makes me so happy because now she can start writing her next project and that is very exciting.

Enjoy!

Thank you SuzsPetals! I love you!

And how perfectly appropriate that I would get an Honorable Mention on the Fandom People Awards for being a consistent reviewer the day after I finish my favorite Fan Fiction and leave two huge reviews!!

Thank you very much to the people who helped me gain the honorable mention. I have the easy part, I get to read all your fabulous words and then just show my love for them/you in the reviews. Truly thank you.

This is on my list to read. I would have read it sooner, but I'm having trouble getting into Bella and Edward pairing for some reason. No matter how good the fic is.

So once I get over my issue, I'm reading it.

It is a great story with solid writing, and I was hooked from day 1 because I'm a big Buffy fan and suzspetals is quite nice about responding to her PMs.

congrats on your nod, DD.

I've heard about this one, but not read it yet. Will put it next on my list of fics to keep me warm while it snows.

I DO have a confession. I don't know how to review a chapter. Sure, I see the little link to click and review, but I never know what to say? I'm a reader, not a writer. Plus I don't have enough literary education to make "constructive comments". Any advice?

@ miss tejota - maybe this would be the one to help you get over your issue??!!

@ TT - SuzsPetals is awesome!! As are you :)

@ TwitardedMom - a review doesn't have to be an in depth dissertation on the chapter, you can just put why you liked the chapter or something specific in the chapter. I love to copy the pieces I like the most and put them in the comment with why I like it so much. Any feedback is welcomed even if it is as simple as "thank you for writing this chapter and sharing it with us." Don't overthink it :) I hope that helps.

I read this story this week. I don't want to spoil, so I'll just say I really liked it! I can't go into what is different about this story that I really liked w/o giving too much away! It has quite a unique twist!

DD - I thought I commented on this post, but see that I didn't. Thank you soooo much for your regular pimpage of my little story. Having you as a reader and a fan was one of the highlights of my writing experience. I've had steady readership since finishing and I'm sure you're part of the reason. Thanks again, sweets!
